Everyone was patient, kind and respectful. I was nervous, so their actions calmed me. I could tell that their goal was for me to have a happy, better life. Staff was very helpful. I wish I knew about Family Hearings Center before when I first started experiencing hearing lost.i was referred by a friend. Today was my first visit and the staff was very helpful. I was very comfortable and I am confident that they can help me hear better. Their company name explains it all.
