They were very rude to me. I had my hearing aids for a test period and they tired to get me to pay to have them shipped back to the company and when I call the insurance company they said that they aren’t supposed to charge me for the shipping. This the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.
Always friendly and helpful. Very attentive to whatever my hearing needs are.
We were recommended by our pediatrician to have our son's hearing tested after his 2 year checkup. We scheduled an appointment and they said everything looked fine. They even scheduled a second appointment so they could use a machine that does not rely on responses. Everything checked out. Thank you for the thorough job... and all of it FREE of charge!
