We had to wait 3 months to get an appointment for my infant son to retake his hearing screening. When they got our referral and insurance information from my doctor, they didn't check on our insurance (even though my doctor said the hearing center would check, because everyone is supposed to), and we find out AFTER the screening that we were out of network and responsible for paying the huge bill ourselves. Don't bother with this unprofessional facility. Or double and triple check that they will actually take your insurance.
