I have gone to 3 different places to get fit with hearing aids, all of them treated me like a customer but at family hearing care center they did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family, I felt that they were really concerned about my problem and they really wanted to help me. Dr. John Klefeker, I have never seen somebody like him, he makes you feel special!, he's a great Doctor!
