very quick , efficient ,and job well done
These folks are knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my device 3 years ago and the purchase included setup and 3 years of free follow-up. During that time, after initial optimization, they adjusted the devices which needed occasional calibration. Also, when I lost one while at a parade, I got a replacement for free (a one time perk) as well as adjustment of my earpiece so that it would be less likely to fall out.
