Hearing test was quick & helpful. Staff was kind & concise & gave good advice.
I believe I have been a patient at FHC for about 30 years. Their services and care are always outstanding, and this time was no exception. They know how important my hearing is to me as a teacher, trainer and musician. And they always find exactly the right hearing device to meet my needs. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I normally go to the Family Hearing in Broomfield. I recently moved and the Lafayette facility is much closer. One of my hearing aids wasn't working. They were able to get me in right away and sent my hearing aids in for repair. Very friendly! Would strongly recommend :)
I did not have an appointment but asked for help setting up my windex site. I forget the name of the person who helped me but she was very gracious and set it up for me and even changed out my ear caps.
