I have used all 3 locations of Family Hearing for the last 4 1/2 years for scheduled and unscheduled emergency help. Without fail, all staff have been helpful, supportive and put themselves out to problem solve. This is a female owned and run firm - absolutely OUTSTANDING, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGABLE and PROFESSIONAL. Today’s appointment (2/17/23) was terrific! Was having issue with ear dome getting loose with WideEx left hearing aid and was hoping to get a larger dome as well as shorter speaker wires to keep them closer to my head. The speaker wires and the domes/tips were replaced accordingly in about 15 minutes! Thank you so much for correcting my issues!!
