I normally go to the Family Hearing in Broomfield. I recently moved and the Lafayette facility is much closer. One of my hearing aids wasn't working. They were able to get me in right away and sent my hearing aids in for repair. Very friendly! Would strongly recommend :)
I did not have an appointment but asked for help setting up my windex site. I forget the name of the person who helped me but she was very gracious and set it up for me and even changed out my ear caps.
Always helpful and professional. Simply the best.
