I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the care and lack thereof I received at this clinic. I saw the Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Mary, and was very detailed about the severity of my symptoms: I am in significant pain from an ear infection that turned out to be so severe it caused a rupture with bleeding.
