Patients Beware!! Reviews on Dr Hirwe are spot on. I scheduled an appointment with her, because she was only doctor available on short notice. I provided all my concerns and symptoms to the nurse. When doctor came into the examination room, she told me what my health issue was, without even examining me. The entire time she leaned back against the counter, speaking to me in such a condescending manner. I’d do 0 stars if I could. She immediately started talking rudely at me the moment she opened the door.She cut me off almost every time I tried to talk. She told me why didn’t you just fix your problem before now and have you tried “psycho”. I replied “excuse me???” And she’s like “therapy. Have you tried therapy? I can’t help you”… I literally left mid appointment and asked for a refund. She denied it so I called her supervisor and they gave me one. If you are thinking of scheduling an appointment with Dr Hirwe don’t do it. I wish i would have look her up before I chose her. Everything that was said by previous reviewers is true. Save time and energy, go elsewhere. She should stop working as a physician.
She is horrible. Extremely rude and condescending. Told me the problem I was there for wasn't a problem.
If I could post zero stars I would, I came here in hopes of help she refused to access my medical record and said she didn’t have time to do that. She was saying she was going to order me labs then refused to do so she was very rude, prideful, unprofessional, full of herself no one like that should work in healthcare. Very disappointing. Waste of my time.
