My kids and I have been going here for care for 2 years. Normally, our experience is good, the doctors are attentive and knowledgeable for the issues we had, and we have never had a rude receptionist. However, do not see doctor Skiles. We saw her today and she was rude, patronizing, and dismissive. I would rather go to the ER and wait for hours than see her again for anything.
