RIp off. $200+ for rapid covid test. Signs says 20 mins. 6 hour wait. - so they responded to my post/ Received response saying bill was only $175 but I have receipt for bill of $225. — Response said we had received a response in 20 mins. We were told it would take six hours. Been 2 hours so far with no response. Good they responded to my post I guess. Will bump it up one star. Still will seek alternatives moving forward for COVID testing that is free or accepts my good insurance.
This place poses a health threat to the neighborhood. The line wraps around onto residential streets with no social distancing and people not wearing their masks. Lines forming in front of private homes early morning with no respect to the neighborhood. Concerns were brought to the staff several times and nothing has been done about it. Set up appointments figure it out. I’m sure there are many covid-19 protocols not being followed. They need to get it together or be shut down.
Unfortunately, my experience with this medical center was extremely disappointing. The staff is unprofessional, and they keep scheduling endless appointments that lead nowhere. Every visit, I end up waiting for hours, only to be told there’s “nothing new.” It feels like they’re just exploiting the health insurance system to make money without actually providing any meaningful care or solutions. If you value your time and your health, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.
The people at this place worked amazingly. The line was long due to COVID and traveling but they handled everything safely and professionally. Nurse calmed me down when I was nervous and they took great care of my kids as well. I received results in 10 hours. AMAZING.
This place is horrible. I was here one time over 6 hours just to get ekg & my veins to be looked at. I'm constantly told certain procedures that I need done cant be dont because their machine don't take people over 300lbs. Even after that day staying there for long as heck I still tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & went back thinking it may have been just a bad day but no they are slow, they never want to answer the phone.
