It is impossible to get in contact with the office manager here. I have been trying for over 2 weeks. After multiple phone calls, I finally received a call back from the manager on Monday, 3/9, in which she promised to follow up with me regarding my complaint. Since then, I have received no more contact, and have tried on multiple occasions to reach back out to her. The number she called from sends me to an answering service. Stay away! Read the other reviews!! Front desk staff is so unfriendly. Disrespectful and lacking knowledge about how things work in the office. Unfortunately, the doctors do not listen well or individualize their approach. Charges much more upfront than any other PCP office I take my family. Originally started going to this office for the convenience, but will go ANYWHERE else from now on

I had to go to this location because it was the only same-day appointment available. I called my actual dr’s office before noon yet the only available appointment was here, and it was after 6 PM. It’s the weekend and I didn’t want to risk getting worse and having to go to urgent care or the ER, so I came. They sent me a text notification to come early because it was slow, but then I arrive and it was packed, and a person who arrived after me was called back before me.
