Dr was nice enough. Routine annual so I was in and out. Billing/office management was Q U I C K to try and send me to collections for the remaining balance my insurance didn’t cover. Never worked for or been a patient of a healthcare facility where you can’t pay your remaining balance at next visit (and I’ve never been sent to collections before). Fortunately was able to dispute, but how annoying and potentially damaging for their patients…will be looking elsewhere…:(
The management is the worst and she doesn’t listen to her employees side of the story, she only listen to her patients side of story and thier is always two sides of the story and I get the patient is always right
Dr. Ashrafian is a GREAT Physician! He helped my Elderly mother as her physician for over a decade. Dr. Ashrafian helped her through a full knee replacement, bronchitis, and other ailments! Dr. Ashrafian has helped me for over 5 years now! Helping me to recover from pneumonia, getting me an excellent surgeon for my foot surgery, etc. Dr. Ashrafian is a caring, knowledgeable, experienced physician who cares about his patients! My Wife has been coming here since 2002, and each of our 3 children have been coming here since they were born. We are leaving due to the incompetence of the front desk staff. Doctor Mark Taylor was fantastic when he retired I left. Dr. Jane Abraham has been fantastic however, the difficulty in scheduling an appointment, the combative and uncooperative front desk. We Just are not dealing with it any more. The doctors are fantastic even the during after hours. Customer Service is awful.
I have been seeing Dr Jane Abraham and her staff for several years. She is a fantastic doctor who takes her time with patients and really cares about the whole person. Her PA, Samantha, is the same way and all the nurses are helpful and friendly.
