The Nurses & PA s make it an incredibly approachable experience. The environment revolves around hearing the patients. So glad I found them! Will continue to go out of my way to be seen @this location in McDowell.

Doctors there are great. Mike and Ashley are absolutely adored by my kids. However, there hours of operation say 9-5 and on multiple occasions they lock the doors more than 15 minutes early and turn off the phones. The front desk staff are good for the most part. The young blond lady that works the front is often distracted by her cell phone and has ignored us on several occasions to take payment for co-pays and/or help us get school excuses as we are leaving which is frustrating.
