Dr Ingle is great except he/his office have a serious problem calling in prescriptions. I have been seeing Ingle for almost 30 years but it is time to change as the inability to call in a prescription is unacceptable. This is not a one time issue, I have this issue nearly every time I need a refill on one of my regular medications that is a controlled substance. Horrible Service
Over the last 7+ years, I've been seen here because they have great doctors. However, the front desk/staff/nurses are cold and RUDE. My surgeons advised me to have my PCP start the SSI process. The manager, Jessica, informed me there wasn't anyone there that knew the process and they dont fill out forms or assist with time off of work, short term disability, or SSD.
