Your clinic is absolutely the worst with the care you provide my dad. First off, last year you turned him away because he was 15 minutes late even though he was really sick and he ended up in the hospital for 3 months. Then today... You wanted to rule out covid so instead of testing him there to also give him medicine for the inflammation on his ear drum... You send him away without any medicine but also for him to go covid test himself and call you with results. When did patient care truly go in the trash!
I like Dr. Kern a lot. I have trouble setting an appointment. I’ve called several times this past week and there is never anyone to answer my calls. I’ve left a message but it’s never been returned.
I've seen Dr Kern for over 15 years. I can't imagine not having her as my primary doctor. She's thorough, caring, and just an all-around amazing doctor. I highly recommend her.
