I like Dr. Kern a lot. I have trouble setting an appointment. I’ve called several times this past week and there is never anyone to answer my calls. I’ve left a message but it’s never been returned.
I've seen Dr Kern for over 15 years. I can't imagine not having her as my primary doctor. She's thorough, caring, and just an all-around amazing doctor. I highly recommend her.
I called to schedule an appointment and encountered an extremely rude staff person on the phone. She was supposed to call me back, but never did. It's also hard to get an appointment. I like Dr. Kern - she's kind, experienced, and patient, but I don't want to deal with ugly front office staff and difficulties scheduling. I decided to switch to Kelsey-Seybold. They have labs on site, a huge team of doctors, easy online scheduling and mychart, and a much nicer staff.
