Husband need a new part for his lift so he could load his chair. Contacted this company pre the VA. TooK days to confirm they no idea when when they could come out. My husband went to the office for them to check out what was wrong. They told him they would have to order a part would be in in 2 days that was 2 WEEKS ago! I was referenced to Family Healthcare (FHC) Valdosta through Mayo Jacksonville Muscular Dystrophy Clinic for a new chair. FHC owner Ken not only drove 2hrs to my house, but also requested the chair representative of Sunrise Medical (Quickie Mfg) out of Jacksonville to show up as well. They both arrived promptly and access my needs, then ordered the chair.
