Great fun atmosphere, enthusiastic and attentive personnel, definitely helps to "fight back" against Parkinson's.
I have been going to Family Health West Wellness since May 2021. I started with Kara doing personal training because I had not exercised for quite some time. I changed to the Strength and Balance class. It has helped me so much. My balance is much improved and I am stronger. After each class I feel so energized. Kara is an excellent instructor. I highly recommend this wellness center. J Price
