My overall experience was good from the get go. But I just called to make an appointment because I’m almost out of my meds. The receptionist tells me that I have had a no show on an appointment and I told her that was not true. I came and it took HOURS to be seen this day. First visit with Dr. Edmond was today, and I was super impressed. The staff were caring and friendly. Dr. Edmond is both knowledgeable and compassionate, and he took the time to talk and listen. I highly recommend this facility, staff, and doctor.
Recently visited Dr Edmond for the first time and was very pleased. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my issues. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" and I felt he genuinely cared about me. His staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dr Edmond !!!!!
Only been here once so that’s why the four stars. Initial first impressions are excellent, Dr. and staff are personable and professional, seem to listen quite well. Efficient.
Dr Edmond and his staff are amazing! My family has been going to him since he opened his office and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He doesn’t run unnecessary tests and his bedside manner is wonderful. I would recommend Dr Edmond to anyone!
Dr. Edmond and his staff are wonderful! He takes his time with each patient, no matter how busy it gets at the office. That is hard to find in most offices. I would recommend him to anyone!
Got to say Dr Edmond and his staff are the best. I have been associated with Vandy, Stanford, Mayo and Cleveland Clinic and hands down he’s the best Dr. if you need a real Dr and a staff that truly cares this is your place.
