The dental providers are amazing. They are great with the kiddos too!
My appointment with Dr. Martinez was fast and easy. Saff were wonderful. The office felt very welcoming.
Sad to see the first reviews on this page tbh. People are too hard on the short list receptionists they have working! If they're short staffed, it's not on them, AND they seem to assist me in their best ability even if they are overloaded with work. I've had receptionists, the dentist and dental hygienists all take extra steps for me when it comes to information/referrals. Only one receptionist on a Monday morning. Can’t answer any questions providing actual assistance and is rude. Asked about fee and was told could be billed if I couldn’t pay then said wasn’t sure if I would need to pay up front and refused to go ask anyone saying “I’m the only person at the front desk” like a simple walk and one question was to much to put me on hold and come back. Never have appointments open with doctors just nurse practitioners who honestly barely help. Avoid if you can.
At main campus, dental and medical staff lies to cover up mistakes or violations of its own policies. Doctor refused to sign urgent medical paperwork, gave us the runaround with excuses, just because they’re mad we dumped their creepy arse, changed doctors.
