If I could give a zero star review for this place, I would. As someone who truly does have a ton of patience and understands things happen, I can honestly say this has been the absolute worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with in my life so if you’re looking for a real review, here it is. Terrible could not get in after a year of getting rescheduled
I recently visited this clinic for a medication adjustment, and unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing due to poor communication and coordination between the staff and my insurance provider. After my medication was changed during a doctor’s appointment, I was informed that my insurance had been denied. The medications never really helped, some even made me worst. It’s nobody’s fault but I feel like a patient cured in medicine these days is a client lost. Feel like this is a reflection of that. I feel like mental health support in America is really bad. Especially with how everything is! I don’t know, I seen therapist for years all over and they were useless and the meds just make you sicker. I almost think I give up on this. Just going to hit the gym and not waste my time anymore.
