Office staff is 10/10!
Have to go more than a week without my medication because they said they've sent information to my pharmacy but my pharmacy has not gotten anything from them. Im currently looking for another doctors office to go through. This isn't the first time this has happened. They refused to send my dentist xrays also even after I've signed the consent forms. This place seems to be a joke.
I have been a patient at this clinic for years and honestly put, it has gone downhill tremendously. The communication from the staff to patients is absolutely terrible. I have been calling for weeks trying to reschedule an appointment and get medication refilled, and none of the staff wants to answer the phone. Mind you, I would be on hold until the system sends me to automatic voicemail and would call multiple times a day FOR WEEKS.
