Very helpful and friendly staff!
Never have issues
I think very highly of most of the staff here. I have never had a negative experience as a patient. But my 2 star rating is specifically for the Robot "Alex" that Family Health chooses to use. I have had issues with getting the medication I need when I need it due to this AI Generated robot taking information and giving me incorrect information. I can't call in and talk to a human, it sends me directly to the robot and that makes it difficult for me to get what I need.
Great family atmosphere. Nurse and doctors are amazing to deal with.
