I’ve been going to this practice for years, and they refused to do another doctor’s lab work because I haven’t been since 2021 (why would I go to the doctor if I’m not sick). Their MA is rude and the front staff less than helpful. Go elsewhere.
I spoke with John to set up my appointment and I just want to begin by saying he was super helpful, proficient and quick. I look forward to speaking to John in the future. These days customer service is hard to come by. So it’s greatly appreciated.
