The pharmacist/owner Ram is amazing. He is one of the kindest people I have ever met. His memory is crazy. Somehow the second time I walked in he greeted me by my first name without skipping a beat. I had some emergency surgeries and he actually texted me to see how I was doing. Incredible.
I have not experienced this level of service in years, especially not from a Pharmacy. First, I received a phone call on Wednesday regarding one of my prescriptions they did not currently carry. Today, when I picked up my other prescription, I was immediately greeted as I entered the store. There were no long lines of 8 to 10 people anxiously waiting for the cashier. Once you go to the Family Health Mart you will never set foot in CVS or Walgreens. Ram gives spectacular service. Most times I am in and out in 5 minutes unless I want to talk about things. TRY them and you will love the personalized service.
