2.5 hours in the waiting room. Another hour and some change waiting on a simple yes or no on whether they can’t get my meds or not. Then a urine test, bloodwork I’m sure I didn’t need, just for them to tell me I need to go see a therapist for my meds and that they cannot help me. So that’s a $35 co-pay and 4 hours of my life down the drain and I have nothing to show for it. The cell service there is pretty good though.
Went there to have my regular checkup and have meds refilled. They did not call my meds in and now I’m out of meds. That was my main purpose for going there in the first place. Geez get it together people.
I love family health clinic but today my husband had a visit and he saw Rachel Smith when she walked in to the room she acted like she was better than us and did not want to listen to my husband’s concerns or refill any medication. I think the best PA I have seen at Family Health is Christopher Stansell.
