I had an issue with being billed for a "complex wound dressing" after I had already left the clinic, rather than when I settled my initial bill. Being charged $50 for what was essentially some antibiotic cream and a Band-Aid applied by the nurse was quite a shock, especially as I wasn't warned there would be an additional fee. I have always been very happy with my appointments. The care also privacy recived has been of upmost importance to me . I know my Dr has my best interest in place but also helps me with my mental issues as well . Amazing guide ness and helps direct me to the right facility’s for further mental health awareness I have total confidence also respect for my Dr Neda Beniki I have been a patient of my Dr for many years.
