I was technically a patient of Dr. Granger who is the other doctor in the office and I like him too but about six months ago I needed to be seen and he could not see me so they got me in quickly Dr. Bonilla And I have just requested him since. Called 12 times over 3 hours during business hours on not a holiday with no answer at all on the phone. Go somewhere else.
Like everything on this town, Dr Bonilla and staff are mediocre at best. Sad to see that the healthcare system in this town is like playing roulette on patients. Very disappointing.
Dr Sossamon is terrific, my wife just started seeing him in Dec 2019. He treated us both with total respect, he explained everything in a professional manner. Wasn’t arrogant at all. We would surely recommend him if you are looking for a good doctor to see in the Deridder area.
