Treated with no respect by the front desk. Beyond this I don't really want to say more, but it was less than a average experience.
This is not a walk in Clinic
I could not be more happy with my experience with the midwives at family health. They were all so personable, caring, and really advocated for me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. During my appointments, I never felt rushed, and I always felt like I could ask as many questions as I needed. As a first time mom with a goal of a hands off home birth the team at the Family Health clinic were incredibly welcoming, caring, resourceful and respectful. We felt like every time we met with them it was like seeing friends! They supported with any concerns or questions I had as well as my husband and our family regarding the home birth process. I was so so thankful to have these wonderful women as my midwives. I was so impressed by their relational intentionality, ease, confidence and informative help. Support through my pregnancy was so helpful as I was given tips and tricks for helping my nausea. From the moment my water broke, through birth and postpartum up to 6 week care I felt so taken care of.
