This place does not even deserve one star. I don’t have one good thing to say about them. Nothing but a headache.
Taras Badiak was very dismissive and some what nasty. His nurse or whatever she was pushed the ear cleaner into my ear until it bled and she asked me was I dizzy. His response was that I wasn’t actively bleeding. So it wasn’t a concern and he couldn’t help me. And it wasn’t important that I see a ENT. But my problem was clogged ears. So it’s okay for me to walk around voluntarily with clogged ears and can’t hear well.
I was referred to this office directly from urgent care, where the provider emphasized that I needed to be seen promptly. I arrived early at 1:40pm to complete any necessary paperwork, yet was not called back until 2:30pm and placed in an exam room at 2:40pm. Within moments of entering the room, before I was even fully seated, the nurse informed me that Dr. Kristen Turner had decided there was “no point” in examining me because I was already on medication.
