Being a new patient here that is not being seen for a couple weeks I went there yesterday to have my blocked ear checked..(I was told over phone come in). When I arrived I was told in a very a very curt manner they could not see me until after my first visit in 2 weeks. When I asked if they knew where I could go as I could not hear well they shrugged and said they didnt know. ZERO compassion..ZERO help. I understand the policy but not the rude behavior to any human asking for help from a medical facility.
Great clinic. Fast, helpful and very simple process Editing this review 2 years later down to 2 stars from 5 since they have replaced most of their phone system with an incompetent AI agent that makes requesting prescription refills or getting information an exhausting process. Clinic is still wonderful otherwise.
