Very happy with my new Doctor. Dr. Halverson and staff are awesome. The front office staff are friendly and professional.
Do not go to Jenn if you have a young child. She is not capable of helping, and actually made things worse. She needs more training if she’s going to ethically continue to see children.
PARENTS BEWARE! We worked with Jen. She is the least competent provider I have worked with. She was supposed to take measurements on our baby and messed each one up. I had to show her how to use a tape measure and share CDCs protocols for measurements because she did them incorrectly (significantly skewing results). She incorrectly told us that our baby dropping 2 percentiles on her weight was “failure to thrive “. Later she realized that term describes a 20 percentile drop.
