Had an appointment with Randy York, on the 1st of October, 2025. Waited for over an hour. Someone from the front desk did come in, and talked like there was going to be a problem with me seeing Randy, as a new patient, because I had been with Baylor Scott and White. She told me she was going to look into it, and let me know something. She did not return to the room and let me know anything. Rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The pharmacist, Tina, made it clear she’d rather I take my business elsewhere than assist with a defective product. That’s not customer service — that’s avoidance. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for helping customers resolve legitimate concerns. I expected professionalism and support, not attitude and refusal to help.
