I had 5 stars but recently changed to 3 based on my experience with Cheyanne. She has been very rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions and I don’t not appreciate the way my mother was treated on the phone. She was released from the hospital after a procedure regarding her heart and trying to schedule a follow up. A case manager is not authorized to advise or give medical advice. Got treated like crap all because I wanted a doctors note so I don’t get dropped from my school because my teacher has cancer and got told “well you don’t have a fever so you’re not contagious”….uuuuhh RSV in adults doesn’t usually come with a fever and I’m hacking, coughing, and sneezing and have only had it for 4 days so yes, I’m still HIGHLY contagious, I felt crazy even going because everyone treated it like no big deal. EVERY bit of dental work I had done here failed!!! Filings and root canal!! My teeth are trashed because of the dentist!! I have to go again this week for ANOTHER filing that has came out. Remember folks, there is a good reason this place is cheap! I'm beyond livid! 3 filings and a root canal, all failed!
I generally hate going to any doctor or dentist. Been near 20 years since I went to either but the dentist and her tech where about the best. Can't remember the techs name. But Dr. Julian and her tech made the whole experience easy and nonjudgmental as my teeth are a disaster. I highly recommend them.
