My wife has been attempting to have referral faxed to a neurologist for consultation on possible dementia. We have basically had to do all of the investigation for the front desk of Family Health because they apparently don't understand how to get this accomplished. Lord help you if you need help from an actual facility and you leave it up to family health to get you there
I’ve been going to this family practice for 10 years now. I’ve always been able to get an appointment and the staff is very kind. They send in prescriptions right away and return phone calls in a timely manner.
We love Jessica. She's the 1st medical professional my husband ever trusted with his care direction and prescribed medicines.
I dont go to this Family Health Center any longer.Matthew Genz N.P. has not met my.needs.He is forgetful in a basic physical. I had to remind him.to listen to my breathing as I have asthma and wheezing. Totally unacceptable. I have found a much better PCP elsewhere.
