Hospital keeps calling and saying my kid is in the hospital when they're not. I've told them they've got the wrong number, stop calling, that they're scaring me to death by saying it. They called again today. Saying my kid is in the hospital. They won't remove my number or stop calling. Really messed up thing to do ... call a parent in the middle of the day and say your kid is in the hospital.

The two stars that I give them are because of the doctors and nurses. The front desk favorite sentence: can you please hold? Can you please hold? And it takes 15 min each time on the waiting. Today, for example, I called to make an appt for 15 minutes, then I had to cancel it 15 minutes, the phone call was ends "by accident" and then 15 minutes more. Even when I call seconds later.
