ABSOLUTELY REPREHENSIBLE! Wife went in for a simple extraction. The procedure took over 2 hrs. She was in terrible pain throughout the duration. An adjacent tooth was broken in the process. Absolutely no remorse or empathy was offered from the Dentist Dr Hanson ("oops now you'll need a crown"). And furthermore we were stuck with the $1200 bill. Over 3 hours to fix ONE tooth. Don't come here if you have any other plans for your day.
Terrible. Im so tired of their service, or lack there of. One thing at a time, scheduled 6 months apart, refuse to fill a tooth, and now I cant even get them to schedule. Im filing a formal complaint and I guess my son has to pay for a different dentist.
I was lied to from this center in October and they are an in network provider for Denta Quest . Find out they are not .Every time You call no one answers the phone for a very very long time …
