I have had very good results with them and they are really good to me
They do not do preventative care for adults. The only thing they will do is pull teeth. Overall horrible experience with an extraction. The staff and dentist were not friendly either.
I have been a patient here since 2017 I received good service and all my teeth were healthy after a year of work and a partial for missing teeth in lower back of my mouth . In 2019 I went there for a cleaning and found a note closed COVID .. I haven't been able get an appointment since .No dentist or no hygienist . and wasn't until my cavity had killed my tooth and had to be pulled that I was seen Then told that I wasn't a patient because I hadn't been seen there since 2019 and it was 2024 now . Absolutely atrocious dentists. I am currently on my way to the courthouse to file assault charges against the dentist I was just seen by. In MANY instances throughout the procedure I indicated I was in more pain than I could tolerate and to stop. She did not. I then escalated to moving hands/feet/shifting in chair to try to get her to remove the instruments she pressed down harder. I have had a fractured molar for over a year from a pork chop bone chard that was wedged between my two back molars which caused bad pain at the time, and since then, with hot, cold or eating, so I had an evaluation here very soon after. I've been seen them and two times after, where they took x-rays and found "nothing," yet my pain persisted. A year and a half later, I came back because of VERY BAD pain, they told me I have a fractured molar with an abscess affecting my jaw bone with bone loss in my jaw and the tooth needs ... read more
