SLOW VERY SLOW.
ABSOLUTELY REPREHENSIBLE! Wife went in for a simple extraction. The procedure took over 2 hrs. She was in terrible pain throughout the duration. An adjacent tooth was broken in the process. Absolutely no remorse or empathy was offered from the Dentist Dr Hanson ("oops now you'll need a crown"). And furthermore we were stuck with the $1200 bill. They take ownership of the fault, but will do nothing about the invoice. I spoke to the office mgr. Travis, and was told that it is standard business practice to stick their patients ... read more
