Eden is the most caring and compassionate nurse practitioner I have ever spoken with. ZERO STARS ! They scheduled my appointment for today but didn’t put it in the system. Then said it wasn’t their fault. I had to argue with the front staff about my appointment and how they should accommodate it because as they said “it’s not their fault the girl that made the appointment is on maternity leave”. So unprofessional to be pointing fingers at one another. They said they would squeeze me in at 4pm (I arrived at 2:30pm) but I couldn’t leave and come back they said I had to stay in the lobby. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! I went here for the first time 2 months ago. Filled out my new patient info on paper (they don't have an electronic system), but for some reason instead of using the information I gave them, they somehow tracked down my phone number and address from 8 to 10 years ago before I ever moved to California and used that info instead. Keep in mind I have never been here before, so where did they even get this information? No wonder I never receive appointment confirmations or lab results etc. I h... read more
