ZERO STARS ! They scheduled my appointment for today but didn’t put it in the system. Then said it wasn’t their fault. I had to argue with the front staff about my appointment and how they should accommodate it because as they said “it’s not their fault the girl that made the appointment is on maternity leave”. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! I went here for the first time 2 months ago. Filled out my new patient info on paper (they don't have an electronic system), but for some reason instead of using the information I gave them, they somehow tracked down my phone number and address from 8 to 10 years ago before I ever moved to California and used that info instead. Keep in mind I have never been here before, so where did they even get this information? No wonder I never receive appointment confirmations or lab results etc. I h... read more
Incompetent. I called with a very serious, time-sensitive matter, was passed off between 3 people who didn’t have answers, then waited for a lengthy time on hold, only for Jessica to answer then hang up on me. I called back 6 times, no answer, and voicemail is full. It’s a shame that we cannot rely on small town healthcare and have to travel further out to receive what should be basic care.
Dr. Kasko and staff are awesome! They try and work with you to get things scheduled and taken care of.
Dr Adkins really made me feel comfortable, this is my first pregnancy and I couldn’t be happier with Dr Adkins and the rest of the staff.
