Update — I switched from Northwell too and Dr. Solomon was great. Easy to book, they use Elation Passport for communicating which is easy and Doctor actually responds, and confirmed the lab they use is in network with Cigna. Great experience. Sent my husband here for a physical. Easy to book an appt on Zocdoc and don’t have to wait months. He loved how easy it was and liked the doctor. Just ask what lab they will use for the bloodwork. Phenomenal front desk staff and providers. I love Dr. Solomon — she is super thorough, thoughtful and has good humor as well. I’ve been searching for a PCP for a while that makes me feel comfortable and their team all around does and is phenomenal. My only constructive feedback is the waiting time for the doctors. I would suggest you should be ready to spend at least 90 minutes for your appt
