Either Something wrong with their phone or they did something so people won’t call cause I try calling to make an appointment and it keeps repeating press 1 for English and it doesn’t ring .
Front desk is rude and never answers their phone or puts you on hold forever. Patient wait times are very long even when you have arrived early for an appointment. Brought someone here for an appointment and, to my surprise, the waiting room was packed with people during a pandemic. Hours after the appointment, they wanted us to return for another appointment because they wanted to check something extra. I have never had a bad experience here and have been going for years. The staff is definitely busy, but if you give them a moment they will attend to your needs. Dr Maenza is amazing. She is thorough and professional. I honestly don’t know why some folks gave this place a bad review. I recommended it to all my family members.
Love taking my daughter here everyone loves her. All the staff are friendly from front desk, nurses, medical assistants to the physicians.
