Came here for a walk in visit after aggravating a pre-exsisting injury that I've had for years. Receptionist was kind, but took minimal information from me before calling the orthopedic center across the street (also managed by community memorial). With the information (back pain preventing full range of motion of my arms), the doctor she spoke to concluded that I must have a serious neck injury and I should report to the er immediately. Horrible. Np Shannon tilbie is lazy, rude, and unprofessional. She allowed my elderly mother in law to go without her pain and anxiety medication for weeks. When my wife and I confronted the office, my mother in law was kicked out of the practice. Thankfully she now has a new doctor in another practice in town that is amazing! Thanks Shannon for that because now she has a good provider! Look elsewhere and beware of this place.

I've been with this practice for almost 2 decades Front office staff, courteous and I've seldom had to wait more than 10 minutes from my appt time to get in. My providers take whatever time I need and are thorough in their work ups with me. As long as I'm in this area, I'll be staying with them exclusively. Great bunch of people. They have many specialties in one bldg.
