I've been attempting to get a referral for my mom, and on multiple occasions was told that the referral was completed. However, today, 3/28 spoke to Melissa who was not very cordial and not understanding and consistently stated that the referral was still in "queue" for "Misey" to complete. However, I was assured by Dr. Belgin on 3/26 that the referral was sent, thus providing me with conflicting and false information to an urgent matter.
