Been on hold for like 10 minutes there goal is to have you lose your job over getting questions answered. Just cause someone works there don't mean they have the personality to work there. Stop giving people headaches over complete BS and answer the phone calls just like how discover credit card answers phone calls in 30 seconds or less and for what to ask some dumb questions about a referral. Your staff needs training as they seem to be unintelligent.
I have attempted to reach out to someone, calling the main number for the last several weeks. Is this clinic no longer taking calls?
I had a great experience. All my healthcare team are amazing and caring. I was satisfied with the services I got from them.
I was treated with dignity and respect by all staff. Even the new supervisor came over to greet and meet with me for the first time.
