I want to start by saying that Dr. Gerhardt is an incredible provider and we will continue to see her. If this review were for her she’d get 10 stars out of 5. This review is to make others aware a staff person at the FHC used Meta Glasses while interacting with me and viewing confidential health information about my mom last week. I might not have caught it except this staff person used her Meta Glasses to place a call to an FHC nurse working from home to discuss my moms case. I am a very difficult patient. Jason, Beth, Cara and Michael are Saints. Especially Beth and Cara. Everyone is super patient and only want the best for their clients.
Staff is incredibly kind and I like the fact there are the same people working there for years, that says a lot about the company and the owner.
Some staff members are unprofessional and dismissive. They also don't follow through on requests, so I have had to call multiple times for the same thing. This put my health at risk, so I ultimately decided to leave their practice.
