If I could leave zero starts I would. This place is so unprofessional. The staff up front is the only saving grace. They are actually nice. The providers are extremely unprofessional, discourteous and unfriendly. After an appointment, I was supposed to hear back from the provider within a week. After calling for several weeks I’m a row I never heard back from the provider. No stars for this place. HORRIBLE. I started coming to this location once I could no longer see my pediatrician and I saw Mrs Elise Guidry and she was AMAZING! She then left and I started to see a lady named Janet ..? I believe. She only saw me one time for a refill on a controlled substance and when I had issues with the drug screen for it she was unbelievably rude and basically told me I was a liar not taking my medication. The staff is the best and kindest i have ever experienced. You can tell they really care about you here. Could not recommend enough! I would give it 10 stars if i could! Thank you for the great experience!
This was the ABSOLUTE WORST medical visit I have EVER had. The ladies in the front are very nice and personable. However, the "medical personnel" (and I won't call them professionals) in the back are the WORST EVER! Condescending, unwilling to listen, and act as if they know EVERYTHING! Please don't waste your time or money on this healthcare trap. It's nowhere near worth it.
