No wait time at all in waiting room and the doctor went over and beyond for me! The Receptionist also had great humor
AVOID this clinic. Terrible customer service, and Rick from the front desk reception should work at the RMV. Had an emergency that required blood testing, but Rick stated refusal of care despite having information on where to submit claims. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Rick refused to make reasonable accommodations for an employee in need, and then states no manager? THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WKTH A DOCTOR. So cold. LITERALLY looked at me for 2 seconds and told me I have herpes. DIDNT RUN ANY TESTS. DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT KT FOR A FULL MINUTE. gave me MEDS for HERPES. THAT I TOOK ALL WEEK. they are not good for your liver it says on the bottle and comes with all these warnings. AND GUESS WHAT. I went somewhere else. Turns out I have impetigo. THIS DOCTOR DID NOT CARE FOR ME. JUST SAID WHATEVER TO GET ME OUT OF HER OFFICE. so I have been on the wrong meds for a week. Dr Rose Kihara is absolutely the best! My daughter was having severe pain for about 3 months and could not get an answer of what was causing the pain. I brought my daughter to Dr Rose and she was the one who finally knew what was causing the pain. My daughter ended up receiving 2 surgeries and will be pain free finally!! I cannot thank Dr Rose enough for helping my daughter. I highly recommend her!
