$60+ for a 4 or 5 minute conversation "appointment" is outrageous on its own, but the absolute lack of availability is astronomically inconvenient. Not to mention of the two appointments I've made, despite the difficulty of getting an appointment scheduled, I've been expected to wait upward of four hours between sitting in the lobby (after arriving 10, 5 minutes early as is polite) and sitting in the back room just as long before seeing anyone.
