Would love better communication. My experiences re transparency c, informed potential billing, costs has been confusing as a senior . Called first of the year re potential work to b done, costs etc, still waiting for update unless as I senior I may have missed an email or similar?
Dr.Bickle does a great job and doesn't cut any corners while remaining gentle and kind, I always feel in good hands when getting worked on there.
They are friendly but im so tired of the fashionably late dentists. It's ridiculous that I've waited over 30 mins the scheduled appointment time everytime
