Front desk is not good at answering calls. This is my second call where I have been on hold for over 20 mins. I know someone was about to pick up the call and I was put back on the waiting line because while the pre recorded message was talking about Breast cancer awareness, it stopped talking, heard a small noise then back onto the waiting line. I know this line goes to all offices, bell gardens has about 3 front desk employees and the commerce location usually has like 4. And you’re telling me not even 1 person could answe... read more
