I’ve been a patient at this office for almost 30 years. They USED to provide excellent care, excellent service, and the staff seemed genuinely concerned. Once CMMC took over the office, the care has deteriorated. The good doctors were forced out by covid vaccine mandates. I never used to have issues getting prescriptions, getting appointments, or speaking to my physician or her assistant….but now, everything is HORRIBLE! Very dissapointed with the care I've recieved. I would not recommend to anyone.
I recently went in while they were dealing with the down phone system and scheduling system. It was a nightmare for them but never presented that frustration to the patients. They were so kind, so compassionate. I’m beyond grateful to have connected with this office. The receptionist that helped me was one of the nicest medical professionals and humans I have met in a very long time.
