Constant technical problems. Last year they had a data breach that took all the computers down. This year, their phones are down. Impossible to get my meds refilled after a week of trying
Good lord lose your wallet and they turn you into a self pay because apparently insurance info isn't saved which is insane this day and age. Its cool not like my kid needs therapy. Was hopeful changing to here but lesson learned. So now im being forced to reschedule my kids appointment for therapy.
Sarah Skelton is one of the best physicians in Auburn. She is caring, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to her patients.

I have been going to this practice for over 40 years (before the current location was built). It used to be wonderful! Today? Absolutely dismal. It has been for about five years now. They literally pressure you into not asking your doctor too many questions. Doctors only run through a handful of basic questions and review vitals for a “physical” exam.
