Had my hearing check up today, Shannon as always was fantastic, as was Marge. Outstanding service . If you are experiencing hearing loss, don't put it off. See Shannon, she will make sure you are taken care of.
I have deleted my previous complaints of FHC as their passive agressivness has escalated. They are dishonest, telling clients one thing, caretakers another and the agencies that provide funding what they want to hear. They have put children, parents, caretakers, and even their own employees at unnecessary risk by removing their mask policy at the worst time, during the increase in cases of the Delta variant.
