I've been going to Ly and Family Hair Care for years now. Best haircut I've ever had, at good prices. Ly has a warm personality and is very patient, never rushed so as to take the time needed for all of the details. Highly recommended!

A very aggressive and unkind person whose overall rudeness and unwillingness to care for my falily’s hair care needs resulted in us taking our business elsewhere.
I paid Ly for a highlight and gave a very generous tip for service that was not done properly. She acknowledged the issue at the time and insisted that she would fix the highlights when I was able to return. I told her at the time that due to being so busy through the winter that I would probably not make it back until Spring. However, she is now refusing to follow through on her word and is instead claiming that we are “no longer friends,” while blaming me for issues involving other customers who did not follow her rules. The haircut was not what I expected, and when we tried to politely ask if certain spots could be fixed, the barber responded with rude pushback. I usually do not write reviews on Google Maps, but this was really not a pleasant experience.
