My husband and I took both of our sons for their first haircut as they decided to cut each others long hair. When we arrived, we asked what we wanted or if we just wanted to ponytail it and hide the cut hair until it grows. We expressed that we wanted to try and keep as much length as possible as their long hair was important to us but understood that in order to fix it, we would need to go to the length that was originally cut. She fixed my daughter's hair after she got ahold of scissors and turned herself into Joe dirt. It was a pleasant experience and the haircut turned out really nice.

Regularly has forgotten or otherwise written our appointments for times that were not discussed over the phone. Accidents happen, and previously I didn't complain because my wife thought free haircuts 50% of the time (because that's about how often our appointments were faulty) was worth the disorganization. Unfortunately, my wife passed and as a single parent I haven't got the patience for that anymore. The lady was nice. But after my son got haircut, he looked like he had a bowl cut so we went to a different barber to fix his hair
