This is my second time getting my hair braided at this salon. I referred a friend and she has gone twice also. The salon is always clean. Gertrude and her staff are always nice. Fanta and Katie are amazing. They make staff comfortable and offer drinks, a cozy environment and entertainment. I’ve never had a scheduling issue and Gertrude is always responsive when contacted. I’m so happy I was recommended this place.
This was my second time using this salon and no I would not recommend. I scheduled for a Saturday at 7am and even confirmed and got a confirmation response for Saturday at 7am. When we got to the salon the lady said she scheduled me for Sunday and asked if we could come on Sunday. Well if I could come on Sunday I would have scheduled for Sunday not to mention I confirmed and got a response confirming the day and time.
