I worked with Jane Bernstein for about a year and she helped me tremendously. Unlike other sessions in the past where it’s mostly been talk therapy, Jane gave me many CBT techniques to help me cope with my anxiety. She is extremely compassionate and down to earth. The combination of her listening skills and techniques I was given to practice created a well-rounded experience. Thank you Jane and everyone at Family Guidance Centers. Definitely recommend this place if you’re seeking a therapist!
My counselor/therapist is Stephanie she’s wonderful. I wanted someone who I could speak to and see not only telehealth but in person. great great place ❤️
In my personal opinion...Don't go if you have any real normal problems. They cancelled the day of my appointment after I took all the time to fill out their antiquated computer forms. Took time for appointment today In addition to. Por communication as well. They should probably cancel the networker seminar in DC. Not good
Excellent Therapist! I highly recommend Jane Bernstein. My teenager has been seeing Jane and the experience has been very helpful and successful. My teenager was in a very dark spot which is very scary for a parent. Jane has helped him to process through difficult issues and very important topics. She has offered many different avenues to resolve conflicts and deal with situations which has helped my teenager. I cannot say thank you enough to Jane and highly recommend her!
