Family guidance has poor customer service skills every lady in the office is no help every time you go in to re do paper work you gotta call the help desk because they don’t even know how to work the Arise app why change something you don’t know how to work or to be able to other people with I do not recommend MOMS or other parents to use Family Guidance in Alabama it’s ridiculous
Great facility! The entire staff is great and welcoming! Something you don't find very often. No one had an attitude, very informational and helpful. Ms. Mary, thank you again, you're fantastic and sweet! Ms. Kim, thank you as well!! Youre so kind and oh so loving! I had a walk through and the kids were so well behaved and not even loud! Lol which was very surprising because kids are noisy lol. Very unprofessional! Everytime I called the lady who answers the phone first is rude and cuts you off for any questions you may have and told me the wrong date to turn in my application! So I’m a full time student a mom without knowing if I even have daycare after today. Also, I went into the office in person a month before school started and she was rude to me then! You’d think they would be better and act more professional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
